Dormitory appeal launched on crowdfunder
Pupils at Stand Up & Build Technical School have to walk for several hours a day to study. Many, particularly the girls, do not have facilities to study in the evening. A volunteer team from Arup consulting visited the school and created a plan for the dormitories and school infrastructure in conjunction with the pupils, teachers and Stand Up & Build team.

Our students are learning essential construction skills to enable them to help build housing and infrastructure across Burundi, one of the poorest countries in the world. With your help they can make a real difference to their community and the region as a whole.
