For the past 11 years we have helped the community of Muyinga realise their dream.

Dream it.

In 2010 our founder had a chance meeting with Bishop Eraste Bigirimana who was visiting England to build links with his community in Burundi.

Bishop Eraste had a vision to create a school that could reconcile the community and rebuild their infrastructure.

Build it.

Over the past 10 years the community in Muyinga and our supporters across the world have raised funds to help build the first phase of the school - 4 classrooms, a teacher preparation block and toilets.

Grow it.

We now need Phase 2 of the school - dormitories, a canteen, toilets and showers, a laboratory and more classrooms to provide increased education time, nutrition and an expanded syllabus.

Why do it?

Long walks to school, no electricity at home and a lack of laboratory facilities are all impacting the education of our students and restricting their potential.

Only education sets you free - particularly if you are female.
